Thyme can be burned to recall the past without pain - great to use in sacral healings, ansestoral readings, and child trauma healings. 
Thyme is also used to remind you of your courage & strength and bring about positive dreaming. 
When I burn Thyme I fell a deep sense of release of energy that was not mine - I use for after socail gatherings or long days out in public.
