Sage is a powerful cleanser to remove negative energy and raise vibrations. It is important to invite in positive energies while removing the negative when cleansing with white sage. 
I love to use it to cleanse the house, and my energies after a day of being in contact with lots of other energies. 
The sage I sell grows naturally on my acreage and I preform rituals of gratitude to Mother Earth when I harvest it.
